(1),On both sides of the cone nipple, in the place one third far from the nipple two ends, inverse-cone drill by centrifugal force, imbed and fix the joint bolt avoiding falling off.
(2),The pitch is imbedded in the two ways of solid bolt and liquid pouring. The imbedded joint bolt cannot reveal the bottom of thread.
(3),The component of the pitch(foaming agent and surfactant etc)must have a reasonable formula, ensuring foaming at 160-200℃, and coking at 250-450℃, so that the nipple is bonded firmly.
